HealthKit Integration: We access Apple HealthKit data (steps, sleep, health metrics) to display information within the app, but we do NOT store or save this HealthKit data in our databases. This data remains on your device and is accessed in real-time for display purposes only. We only store the habit tracking, workout, and personal data that you manually enter through the app.

5.1 Storage Location

Your data is stored securely on servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA) or in jurisdictions with adequate data protection standards. Your personal data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA) and other regions with adequate data protection standards. Authentication emails are processed through OVH servers within the EU
